Design proof
Your first design proof is normally prepared within 3–5 working days.
Revisions
Two reasonable revision rounds are included before final approval.
Digital delivery
Final digital files are supplied by email after approval.
Physical products
Production times, delivery services, geographic restrictions and the procedure for reporting transit damage will be shown on the relevant product page or at checkout.
Fixed dates
Customers ordering for weddings, anniversaries or other fixed occasions should allow additional time for replies, revisions and approval. A requested date is not guaranteed unless expressly accepted in writing.
