Refund & Returns Policy

Cancellations, proof approval and remedies when something is wrong.

Every personalised keepsake is prepared specifically for the customer. We want you to be pleased with the finished order and will deal fairly with genuine problems.

Personalised products

Personalised and made-to-order products generally cannot be returned merely because you have changed your mind once personalisation work has begun. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. A cancellation may be possible before personalisation work begins. Once work has started, cancellation may not be available or a reasonable charge may apply for work already completed.

Proof approval

Where a proof is supplied, you are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, messages, photographs, personalisation and layout. We cannot normally provide a free replacement for an error that appeared in a proof you approved, unless the delivered product differs from that approved proof.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery where reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include correction, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Digital products

Once personalised digital content has been supplied, it may not be cancellable merely because you changed your mind. This does not remove your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Non-personalised products

Where we sell standard, non-personalised goods, eligible consumers may notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving them and return them in suitable condition within the following 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time after the refund is issued.
